A wonderful concept looks good on a wall but it's absolutely useless for displaying weather. I paid extra to get localized weather rather than they local airport. Twice there's a major thunderstorm overhead it's 8:00 at night it's dark with lightning and it still shows me being sunny outside and no rain. Right now the temperature is 82 outside and it shows me it's 95. When it comes to displaying conditions I have no idea what it's supposed to do it is shown sunny and it shows rain one time the day after it's stopped raining. The accumulation showed one and a half inches and showed one half inches for 2 days. I can be outside I can look at the tall trees around me there's not a leaf moving but if show me 10 mph gusting to 20 . The wind gauge also indicates I do not know where. It has been overcast all day 8:00 at night and in the darkness it says it is sunny outside the wheel that has the clock supposed to show forecast all I ever see are white and yellow dots sometimes the dot flashes at the hour usually does not have not figured out why it is yellow white yellow white white yellow white what the heck is that supposed to mean? I compare this to my WeatherBug which appears to be much much closer to conditions at my house and this thing is just pretty. I put this down as a total waste of money. It's a pretty display but does not mean a thing
Could not get the unit to connect to my 2.4ghz wifi. Setup step to verify ownership did not work. You need a much better setup method.
Had some initial trouble setting up the Lightmap, but it was my own error in not paying attention to my Wifi account name having an apostrophe. Once I renamed it I was up and running immediately. Its a great addition to our new bveach house.
I have not been able to get my lightmap working since it arrived on 08.25.26. I have been in touch with your customer support and to date, 09.01.26, they have yet to resolve my issue.
