Nice product great customer support not exactly accurate. To the national weather service in the area in which it’s mounted, but gives you a good idea.

Compared with the LightMaps for Tempest, the LightMaps Weather Station is a disappointment. Even though I have a subscription to “Precision Local Stations,” the 12 hour forecast is terrible. For example, it will only forecast rain for the current hour if it is already raining! And unlike the LightMap for Tempest, the temperature display does not seem to change color depending on the temperature.
Our boat is at a marina where the weather can be different than what we see out our kitchen window at home. Now at a glance we can see what the weather at our sailing location is and it helps us decide whether or not to sail any particular day. Plus it’s just cool looking!
Great build quality and attractive design/display. Very simple easy to read modern take on retro weather data display. Looks outstanding on any desk or table top. Wireless connectivity was a breeze and airport selection was straightforward. This was a gift to my Dad, but may buy another for me!
