I only wish I ordered this sooner! Love this addition to my Aviation Tools/Art!
I get what Tempest was trying to do here, but I don't think they did a good job. There is weather data missing from this display, and the whole display seems like a hack job rather than a mature product.
Can’t get it to connect to my WiFi even with the cable company trying to help. You don’t answer your emails and don’t have a support telephone number. So probably will be returning this product. I do like the weather station. I would think you could do better.
Vibrant visual display but you have to get right up on it to determine what info is being displayed. Wind direction displays backwards but makes sense once you realize it is showing the direction the wind is coming from. Would be a lot more functional if I could look at it from across the room to see the temperature and humidity, etc. Pretty accurate on displaying the info from my tempest weather station.
I was not aware that this was not a tablet screen. It is colourful and does start conversations. But people who are not aware of the Tempest features (output) are unsure of the display information. Might be a bit over-priced for what you get.
