What a stunning product!

Really love my Sea Station from Lightmap.....definitely a one stop place to get current weather, wind, sea state and tide information. The colors are very vibrant and make it easy to understand what's really going on out there on the water!

nice addition

this is a very nicely constructed device, looks very nice in the living room. I had two instances where it became disconnected from their website, but easily corrected by just rebooting (just unplug and replug). the display is easy to read from across the room. I fly a lot and it's helpful to just glance at it as a start to planning a local flight. fun to watch at other times, also. glad I got it.

Lightmap weather station review

I love this new weather station (powered by Tempest). The design and settings are easy to read at a glance and gives me all the weather info l need. My questions are reading the forecast dial part. The last few days I’ve noticed different colors and don’t know what they mean. One is green to light green the other is light purple? I would like to know what those colors mean. I could not find those colors in your manual.
Another question is regarding the conditions part of the screen. The last week we have had heavy smoke our area from the Lower Sugarloaf wild fire (WA State). The icon that shows up is of the sun and not the smoke for smoky or smoggy icon.

AMAZING!

Thank you LightMap team! I work for United Aviate Academy pilot training academy. The wall METAR bord is brilliant to look at and the instructors and students use it many times a day for guidance along with the dispatchers and flight schedulers. This has became my favorite "toy" at work.

Liked this so much I bought one for a fellow crabber. Quick summary of all conditions at a glance. I have the bay behind my lightmap so it's fun to tie the changes with what I see to the conditions shown on the lightmap.
